1. Complete the application form.
To start your application, you have to fill out our online application form and submit it.
2. Prepare and email your application documents.
Required documents may vary according to the Chinese university and program of choice (non-degree, bachelors, masters or Ph.D.). However, these are the most basic that you can prepare:
- Passport copy
- Graduation certificate
- Passport size photo
- Official transcript
- Two recommendation letters (written and signed by your teachers/professors with their contact details)
- Personal statement letter
- Physical examination form
Once submitted, we will review your application within 2 to 3 days and liaise with the university of your choice.
Should there be a need to submit additional documents, we will contact you.
You also need to pay your application fee.
Every university requires a fee to process your application.
Covered in the payable amount is the postal fee and applying for visa application (JW202 form).
The fee is non-refundable, therefore, it will not be returned the university declines your application. Here are your options to pay for the application fee.
TIP: All documents must be in English or Chinese. If using other languages, secure a notarized translation.
