Seeking head of growth to join our team to lead our relationship and revenue growth to the next level

We are China Admissions, an investor backed online platform for international students to apply to Chinese Universities. We partner with 90 top Chinese universities, and have over 100,000 registered students.
We are growing fast and looking for a Head of Growth to join our team to lead our growth in relationships and revenue through this exciting stage as we reach the next level.
In the first 6 months you will have the following objectives.
1> ? Build rock solid relationships with partners ready for growth
Relationships are everything in business and thats especially true in China. In order to be able to serve our partners we need to understand them deeply.
You’ll be getting in front of students and universities face to face, setting up interviews and joining industry conferences. You’ll have the travel and expenses covered so you can meet and really get to know our partners. What makes them tick, how can we serve them better, and sharing the top 10 findings with our product, operations, and recruitment teams and using these findings and relationships for our growth plan.
2> ?Develop new revenue with university partners worth $500,000 USD per year
Armed with the relationships and partner understanding, the first step is to identify 100+ opportunities, and giving proposals with our services or upgrading them to suit their needs better.
For continued growth it means hiring a BD and University Relationship Manager.
3> ? Grow Marketing 10X in 1 Year
Work with our social media, marketing and content team to grow our registered users from 100,000 – 300,000 users and ensure our marketing campaigns are achieving and exceeding the agreed results for our partners.
This means setting the marketing schedule for the next 3 months, hire 2 new people for social and content and managing, and getting in sync with partners and our team
We need someone with a native level of Chinese and English. international mindset is a must. Being tech savvy, marketing experience, entrepreneurial interest or experience is an advantage.
We expect you’ll have a strong track record of BD growth and have strong relationship skills.
