FAQ: Is the Application Fee for Chinese Universities Refundable?

When you are applying to Chinese universities, you will usually need to pay a fee to submit your application. This is called the application fee. It is usually between 30 and 150 USD.

This is the fee charged by the universities, not by China Admissions. You will need to pay this fee even if you apply on your own. The application fee covers the costs for the university to read and process your application in their system.

It is required to pay this fee. If you do not pay it, we cannot send your application to the university because they will not process it.

Is the Application Fee for Chinese Universities refundable?

The application fee is not refundable, even if you do not get accepted into the university. If you contact us wanting a refund of the application fee, we will not be able to help you because that fee is nonrefundable and paid directly to the university.
