  • The module presents a list of practical circumstances that differentiate entrepreneurship in China from most major economies and illustrate their application through a couple of practical case-studies. We take each case through the stages of seeking initial opportunities, incorporation, business development, managing a mature business, and exit strategies.
  • In China, small and medium-sized companies outnumber large enterprises by a wide margin, and SMS’s employ not only many more people but are also responsible for driving innovation and competition in many economic sectors in China.
  • Knowing how to successfully manage a small or medium-sized enterprise in China, with it’s many written and unwritten rules and conventions is the key to profitability, harmonious staff relations and happy customers and a positive bank balance.
