There will be three speakers at this event sharing their experiences: Leo Wang, Founder & CEO of HelloCareer; James Ashcroft, Chief Talent Officer of AppInChina; and Sabrina Wang, Community Manager of Startup Grind Beijing.

The event will be held at Hotel Jen in Guomao, Beijing.

Leo Wang is the Founder and CEO of HelloCareer, which focuses on International talent-hiring solutions. He has been working in the Human Resources industry for more than 15 years. He is proficient in conducting online recruitment and providing international talent-hiring solutions. With a strong capability of creating business strategies and a global vision, Leo is an expert in human resources, sales management, marketing, and branding.

James Ashcroft
Chief Talent Officer

A dual UK-US citizen, James is a graduate of University College London (BA History) and The Yenching Academy of Peking University (MA China Studies). Prior to joining AppInChina as Chief Talent Officer, he worked as a management consultant at Deloitte in London and in monetization at ByteDance here in Beijing.

Sabrina Wang
Community Manager

Startup Grind Beijing

Sabrina is a cross-cultural entrepreneur starting ventures in Germany and China. She is the Co-founder of Startup Yard, a global Think Tank that provides a zero-to-one Bootcamp for international wantrepreneurs to kick off their Tech-Startup in China by combining the experiences of successful entrepreneurs. In Germany, she has specialized in project management leading projects at Lufthansa and FedEx across the globe. Sabrina has co-founded a furniture subscription platform there connecting suppliers and consumers which aims to create a more sustainable living and reduce the environmental impact of furniture waste on our planet. Overall, she speaks fluent German, English, and Chinese. Currently, she is doing her MBA at Peking University and builds communities within the Chinese Ecosystem as a Community Manager at Startup Grind Beijing.
