We help them do international marketing, online events, and grow their student recruitment.
We are growing fast and looking for a highly motivated and ambitious International Student Recruitment Manager to join our leadership team to drive our growth with universities to the next level.
Description:
You will be working closely with top Chinese universities to carry out international marketing campaigns on our platform. Your objective is to ensure we hit KPI targets for each university, give them timely updates and reports, and ensure they are more than satisfied with our service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation
- Having consultations with students and their parents to help explore their options, and introducing our services
- Driving our student sales growth, revenue and success rates
- Sharing ideas with our team on how to automate and improve the application process
- Other activities to help our students recruitment
Requirements
- Empathy and highly ambitious.
- Fast, concise and effective communication with an international open mindset.
- Full stack – can think from different perspectives.
- Excellent ability to write.
- Native-level English. Mandarin is an advantage but not necessary. Other languages are an advantage.

Process:
We will evaluate shortlisted candidates with a brief test and phone interview. The next stage is a more in depth interview. And then we will typically do a brief paid trial project.
