We are a remote-first multinational team based in China and around the world. We operate the world’s leading online platform for studying abroad in China, China Admissions. With over 200,000 registered students, we collaborate with 1,800 universities, including some of China’s top institutions. We help them do international marketing, online events, and grow their student recruitment.
We are growing fast and looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented data entry and research assistant to research programs and add latest programs to our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Accuracy and attention to detail is extremely important
- Conduct online research and/or web scraping to collect data about universities and programs around the world
- Enter data into a spreadsheet with accuracy and attention to detail
- Upload the completed spreadsheet to our online platform
- Maintain accurate records of all data entry activities
Requirements:
- All-in mentality – we are not a 9-5
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent research and data entry skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Reliable internet connection
- Fluency in English
