We’re hiring International Student Recruitment at China Admissions

We are China Admissions, an investor backed online platform for international students to apply to Chinese Universities. We partner with 90 top Chinese universities, and have over 100,000 registered students.
We are growing fast and looking for an excellent, globally minded international student recruiter to join our team and grow internationally as we scale up.
In the first 3 months you will have the following objectives.
1> ?? Double the number of application fees from $15,000 USD to $30,000 USD per month
We are an automated platform and 40% of our students complete the application automatically. An important way of scaling our growth is improving the platform. You will be reviewing platform, content, tech, application process and phone system. Suggest improvements to team to support recruitment growth. Also adding content helps to automate the process, and you will be tasked with writing 5 articles to answer questions posed by students not currently answered on our platform.
2> ? Sign up 100 Global Agents to use our platform
We have a large number of global agents using our platform to apply to Chinese universities. We are looking to formalise this into a proper service. With the tech now finalised, contracts prepared, and login system for agents, you will be tasked to identify the best 100 global agents (out of the 600 who have already registered on our platform), and engaging them to use our platform, signing them up, and receiving at least 200 students from these agents. In the future we will assign a permanent manager to oversee global agents growth and management.
3>?? Improve platform conversion rate from 3.6% to 5%.
You’ll be doing a full review of the student recruitment process from start to end yourself, and by speaking with at least 100 potential students. Identify the top 5 drop off points and potential improvements to our platform and content and sharing this with the content, tech and recruitment team.
One of the best ways to improve the conversion rate is to improve the emails students receive after registering. You can create 5 personalised email campaigns to be automatically sent to segments of students after registering or at a specific stage of our platform. After measuring the effect of this after 1000 emails have been sent we want you to evaluate your suggestions on if we should change, eliminate this or expand this.
We are looking for someone with the ability to communicate to a high level in English and who can write. An international and open mindset is a must. Studying abroad is also a big advantage. Chinese language, knowledge of tech, entrepreneurial interest or experience is an advantage but not necessary.

We expect you’ll have a track record of achievement and evidence of high standards of excellence. We also require strong ethics and integrity. The student comes first, even, when it is not in our own immediate interest. Conscientiousness and caring about the student is extremely important.
