We’re hiring International Student Recruitment Associate at China Admissions

We are China Admissions, an investor backed online platform for international students to apply to Chinese Universities. We partner with 200 top Chinese universities, and have over 180,000 registered students.
We are growing fast and looking for an excellent, globally minded international student recruitment associate in our global growth charge to support student recruitment as we scale up.
This is a challenging role, not suitable for most people. If you’re ready for a challenge, are ambitious and open to learning and growing, then you will receive support and training using the latest technology from some of the leading experts in the industry. It presents an opportunity to learn and develop new skills, with generous performance based earning potential.
Your Objectives
You will have the following objectives:
1> Reach out to 200+ students per day.
You will be reviewing our new leads and replying to them using our email support and live chat and actively reaching out to new students. Ensuring the highest quality of communication and customer experience.
2> Carrying out 60+ student consultations per day and live webinar vents to reach 2000+ students per week.
You will be leading our consultations to target students and offering our new services.
3> Upgrade our systems and platform.
You will be reviewing based on feedback with prospective students, our tech team and recruitment team to share ideas about how we can improve our processes. This can be related to the application process, information, content, and overall general experience.
Working environment
We are looking for someone with the ability to communicate to a high level in English and who can write and communicate at a world class level. An international and open mindset is a must. Studying abroad is also a big advantage. Chinese language, knowledge of tech, entrepreneurial interest or experience is an advantage but not necessary.

We highly value the ability to learn, being open minded, caring about others with a service mindset and a full stack (generalist), get stuff done attitude. We expect you’ll have a track record of achievement and evidence of high standards of excellence. We also require strong ethics and integrity. The student comes first, even, when it is not in our own immediate interest. Conscientiousness and caring about the student is extremely important.
The salary is competitive, with full social insurance and work visa support for internationals and performance commissions so there is no limit to your earning potential.
