People said our world-class university, Xiamen University, is the most beautiful campus in China. It is also one of the top 10 best universities in China. I am proud to be a student here!
Equally stunning is Xiamen City itself. It has a perfect combination of modern and Chinese traditional architecture, surrounded by nature and sandy beaches. For this reason, Xiamen was awarded one of China’s Best Tourist Cities. Former US President, Richard Nixon, called Xiamen City as “Oriental Hawaii”.
I love making travel videos, and this video is about my first two months when I just arrived in Xiamen City. I only had a chance to visit and film some places nearby my campus.
Beside my beautiful campus are the Xiamen Botanical Garden, Hulishan Fortress, Zeng Cuo An District, Cat District, Chinese Overseas Museum, Zhongshan District and Zhongshan Park. I also had the chance to visit the Tan Kah Kee Memorial Park, Huaqiao University and Jimei University which are in Jimei District Area.
There are still many beautiful places in Xiamen that I have not visited yet, but soon when I get the chance, I will definitely film it!
