1: Log in to the application system: Log in here by using your application reference number and email
2: Fill out the form: Make sure to fill in your information and provide these documents here.
3: Pay the application fee: Proceed to the payment section of your application, pay the application fee (payment methods here), upload the receipt of payment and click on “submit payment”. Once your payment is submitted your application is finished and we will review and submit it.

I don’t have all of my documents ready right now. Can I apply anyway?
Yes, you can still proceed and finish your application. Just send an email to us with your application reference number and let us know which documents are missing. Once the remaining documents are available to you, you can send them to us and we can submit.
What is the application fee? Can I pay it once I get accepted?
The application fee is not a service fee charged by us, our application service is free of charge. The application fee is part of each application here in China. It is charged by the universities upfront (non-refundable) in order to process your application and prepare your admission documents and visa form and mail these to you. Without the application fee the universities will not process your application, therefore we need to collect it upfront.
How long does it take for my application to be processed?
It usually takes universities between 4-8 weeks to review and process your application.
