Uncle Hanzi teaches the origin of Chinese characters and what they actually mean. It is a very efficient way to learn Chinese.
He is creating an online course to explain the history of Chinese characters.
It is quite common to learn Chinese by writing out the characters by rote, but most actually Chinese characters have very interesting stories.
