About the Program
The undergraduate program āEMIITā ā āthe Economics and Management International Immersion Talentā program, was set up by RIEM in 2009. All courses are taught in English and top international teaching standards are applied. All professors in this program received doctoral degrees from renowned foreign universities. Only 150 domestic students are admitted by this program out of nearly 1000 SWUFE freshman applicants each year. Besides, there are around 40 foreign degree students in EMIIT.
Compared to famous business school undergraduate programs worldwide, EMIIT put more efforts on fostering students with sound mathematical foundations and data analytical skills. Besides, EMIIT courses are more of a theoretical and applicable combination, than pure applicable or pure theoretical. Therefore, student can launch his career in either academy or industry easily.
EMIIT Curriculum Plan
There are 4 tracks under EMIIT program: Economics, Finance, Accounting and Management. Student can choose both a major track and a minor one. From the 1st to 5th semester, EMIIT student must finish all the compulsory courses. From the 6th to 8th semester, student must take 8 electives and finish the graduate thesis and internship to graduate.

- Certificate of English for non-native speakers: (Minimum requirement: IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 213 (computer-based)/79(internet-based) or other equivalent certificate)

Tuition Fees
The tuition fees are RMB20000 per year. The total for the 4 year program is 80000 RMB.
Accommodation
Students can choose to live on-campus or off-campus.
The overseas students building in SWUFE Guanghua Campus is equipped with 52 twin-bed rooms and 28 single-bed rooms, altogether 132 beds. Each room has bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, independent bathroom with 24-hour hot water, TV, air-conditioner and internet access. Limited numbers of refrigerators are for rental. There are public kitchen and laundry on the 2nd and 3rd floor.
Room Rate: 2500-4000/semester (varies upon room type)
