About the Speaker

Joseph Zhanhong Zhang is a Norwegian Chinese grown up in Norway and worked the past 10 years in Shanghai. He has rich corporate management and finance experiences in several industries, such as Venture Capital, maritime, new energy, cross-border e-commerce, blockchain, and corporate banking. Currently, he is the Founder and CEO of Fintegrity and provide management and financial consulting to corporates and help companies with sustainable development.
Previous working experiences:
CFO at Decentral Tech, a top IPFS blockchain miner tech company.
CFO & Partner at Sperton. Global expansion partner for renewable industries.
CFO at Icefresh. Have built a cross-border e-commerce trading company in Shanghai. Financed accumulated RMB 100m from VC and other investors.
AVP at DNB. Corporate Relationship Manager for The Norwegian Bank in Shanghai and had responsibility for all bank cooperate business in China. For instance, credit facility, market FX products, etc.
Asia Financial Controller of DNVGL. Responsible for financial management for DNV GL’s business in Asia. DNV GL is the global top certification society for shipbuilding, maritime, oil & gas, etc.
Education:
MSc in Economics from NTNU and had a Master’s exchange at Fudan.
Native in Norwegian, Cantonese, Mandarin, and fluent in English
