The Chinese-English Bilingual Program at ECNU is a one semester (or more) program for international students.

About the Program
Improve both Chinese and English levels at the same time.
Credit English language courses which can be counted in our undergraduate programs in the Department of Chinese as a Foreign Language.
In the form of small group instruction with less than 15 students in one class.
Some English classes instructed by native speakers in a total immersion and easy-going atmosphere.
High-tech teaching modle enables learning through a practical and interesting way.

Curriculum
Class hour:Â 32 class hours per week (1 class hour = 45 minutes)
Morning: Monday-Friday 8:30-11:45 Chinese 20 class hours
Afternoon: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 13:30-16:00 English 12 class hours

Elementary & Intermediate
Students can be placed into different levels of classes according to their bilingual background.

There are four international student dorms on Zhongshan Rd. Campus: International Exchange Service Center, No.1 International Student Residence Hall, No.2 International Student Residence Hall, and No.12 Student Residence Hall.
