XJTLU has proudly hosted three successful gathering meetings with international students on campus in October and December. Esteemed members of the Senior Management Team, team members of X-Global Office, and several academic staff from XJTLU attended the events.

The gatherings began with a warm welcome extended to the international students to signify the university’s appreciation for their growing numbers from around the world. The senior management team expressed their joy in seeing more international students choosing XJTLU for their degree studies.They emphasized the significance of fostering a multicultural environment that celebrates diversity, while noting the tremendous potential for cultural exchange and academic collaboration between students from different backgrounds.

To ensure continuous improvement in services and support, the university arranged a round table discussion, which aimed to understand better about students’ stories of becoming XJTLU students and gather feedback about students’ well-being support. This session provided an invaluable opportunity for the students to voice their opinions and thoughts, enabling XJTLU to refine its offerings and enhance the overall experience for all international students.

Furthermore, students were given the chance to fill out a market survey at the end of the meeting. This valuable feedback will enable XJTLU to tailor its resources and support services to better meet the needs of the international student community and future cohorts.

XJTLU remains committed to providing a welcoming and nurturing environment for international students, enabling them to thrive academically, culturally, and socially.
