Service Fees for Chinese C9 Universities: FAQ

Chinese C9 Universities are globally recognized as the top schools in China. China Admissions has added service fees for C9 Universities beginning in 2022. Here is everything you need to know about what they are and why we have them.

What universities have service fees?

We include service fees for China’s C9 universities: Peking University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Fudan University, Zhejiang University, Tsinghua University.

These are some of the top universities in the country. (Read more here)

Service fees are $100 USD for degree students and $50 for Chinese language students.

Why do we have service fees?

China’s C9 Universities are very elite. Because of the high competition and strict admissions standards, applications to these universities are very complex and take a long time to review and process. China Admissions admissions counselors have to spend more time reviewing these documents, and the university side also has to spend a lot of time processing a large number of applications.

Due to the increased time and complexity for C9 applications, the service fee covers the increased processing costs.

How can I find universities?

You can search for universities and see their tuition, application, and service fees right here on our free database:
