Beijing Language and Culture College (BLCC) announced their “1+3” Joint Program with Tianjin University (TJU). This is a scholarship program offered by both BLCC & TJU for students who would like to pursue Chinese Language as their undergraduate degree. Successful applicants will receive a scholarship for their first year study in BLCC, then Tianjin University will offer tuition scholarship or even full scholarship for the rest 3 years.

The students have to pass HSK 4 before May of each year to successfully enroll TJU in the September of that year. So students can enter BLCC when they want, unless they can pass HSK 4 before May. You can apply for this program HERE
