The Global BBA at Renmin Business School closes applications for international students on May 31, 2026.
Renmin Business School is one of the most competitive business schools in China. It has accreditations from EQUIS, AACSB, and CAMEA. This places it among the top 5% of business schools worldwide.
In the Global BBA, students gain insight into both western and eastern management approaches through a mix of core business courses and practical experiences.
Here’s what you can expect from Global BBA.
Six semesters in Beijing, two semesters abroad
Students spend six semesters at Renmin’s Beijing campus and two semesters at one of 80+ partner universities worldwide. There are no additional tuition fees for the exchange semesters.
The partner schools are spread across different continents. This setup lets students build an international network while still being rooted in China’s business environment.
Field trips and company visits
The program includes regular company visits and field trips. Students visit Chinese and multinational companies operating in China to see how business concepts apply in practice.
These visits give students direct exposure to different industries, management styles, and business challenges in the Chinese market.

Guest lectures from academics and industry leaders
Renmin Business School regularly invites leading academics and industry experts to give guest lectures and seminars. Students learn about current research findings and new developments in the business community.
These sessions connect classroom learning with what’s happening in business right now.
Competitive curriculum structure
The Global BBA requires 119 total credits to graduate:
- 87 credits from core courses
- 32 credits from electives
Core courses cover the fundamental business disciplines: finance, marketing, operations, strategy, organizational behavior, and management information systems.
Electives let students focus on specific areas based on their career interests.
Classes are taught in English. The program combines case studies, group projects, and lectures to build both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

Career outcomes
Renmin Business School graduates work at top-tier companies across banking, consulting, technology, and e-commerce sectors. The school’s alumni network is active both in China and internationally.
Beijing’s position as a business hub gives students direct access to multinational companies, government institutions, and entrepreneurial ventures. Many students find internships and job opportunities through the school’s connections to the local business community.

- Career development training courses covering career planning, self-perception, job market analysis, professional qualities, employment guidance, and entrepreneurship
- One-on-one career consultations

Class size and student experience

Students come from different countries, creating a multicultural learning environment. Many students are living abroad for the first time, and the cohort often becomes a tight-knit community.
Campus life includes access to over 100 student clubs and societies covering culture, sports, entertainment, and social welfare. Renmin’s Beijing location puts students in China’s political and economic center, with access to business events, networking opportunities, and cultural activities.

What to consider
The Global BBA is structured for students who want to understand business from both Western and Chinese perspectives. The exchange semesters are built into the program.
