A type of system in business schools where each student is equipped with the academic mentor and the enterprise mentor. The academic mentors are full-time teachers in the School who mainly instruct and counsel students in academic development; enterprise mentors are executives of domestic and foreign well-known enterprises/units/institutions mainly to guide students on professional learning, business practice and occupation career planning.
