We are now halfway through summer 2022. With the fall semester at Chinese universities beginning in September 2022, there isn’t much time left to apply if you want to start studying this fall!
Here is the full list of upcoming deadlines for Chinese universities.
Let’s take a look at some of the universities that are still open for applicants for 2022 intake:
1. Zhejiang University of Science and Technology (Masters)
Zhejiang University of Science and Technology (ZUST) is a multi-disciplinary university with emphasis on engineering, incorporating disciplines in science, arts, economics, management, and education. Combining the technical know-how of German Applied Science Universities with its own experience, ZUST explores ways of cultivating international specialists with applied skills.
Their masters programs are open until July 30, 2022 for 2022 intake!
2. University of Law, Hong Kong (Online)
The University of Law is one of the UK’s longest-established specialist providers of legal education and training in the UK, with campuses in London, Birmingham, Bristol, Chester, Guildford, Manchester, Leeds, Nottingham, Berlin and Hong Kong, as well as GDL and LPC courses being taught in the University of Exeter, the University of Reading and the University of Liverpool.

3. Wuhan University (Bachelors)
Wuhan University (WHU) is a top 5 University in China, located in central China in the city of Wuhan, with around 1500 international students. The University is well known as having the most beautiful campus out of all the Universities in China.

4. Wenzhou Medical University
Wenzhou Medical University (WMU) is a key construction university of Zhejiang Province. It’s one of the largest and most robust schools for clinical medicine sciences in Zhejiang Province.
Wenzhou Medical University embraces internationalization in the course of its development. It has established partnerships with more than 80 universities and institutions all over the world, collaborating in scholar/student exchanges, joint education programs, joint research, etc. Two Confucius Institutes have been co-established with Burapha University in Thailand and SUNY College of Optometry respectively.
WMU programs are open until August 29, 2022.
5. Jiangnan University
Renowned as the “Pearl of China’s Light Industry Higher Education,” Jiangnan University is one of China’s key “Two Hundred Eleven Project” universities (one of the “Nine Hundred Eighty-Five Platform” universities) and functions directly under China’s Ministry of Education. The school’s roots stretch back to 1902 when its predecessor, San Jiang Normal School, began its first term. More than one hundred years of development and fifty years of independent education have gifted Jiangnan University with recognition in scientific research, teaching quality, and social service to all aspects of society. Jiangnan University is a comprehensive university, recognized and highly respected both at domestically and internationally.
Jiangnan University programs are open until August 31, 2022.
6. Sino-British College (Bachelors)
The Sino-British College, USST (Shanghai) is an international university college, jointly established by the University of Shanghai for Science & Technology (USST), and 9 leading British Universities. The College offers a number of programs to international students in English. This includes 1-Year Foundation programs in English, and a large number of mixed programs with some time spent in Shanghai, and the rest at a University in the UK. And, also programs such as (2+2) 2 Years in Shanghai and 2 Years in the UK, or (1+2) 1 Year in Shanghai and 2 Years in the UK; and (4+0) 4 years in Shanghai, or (3+0) 3 years in Shanghai.
SBC programs are open until July 31, 2022.
7. Nantong University
Nantong University was founded in 1912. It originated from the private Nantong Medical Specialized School and Nantong Textile Specialized School founded by Zhang Jian, a famous modern industrialist, and educator.
There are 20 schools, one independent college, one Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University, the School of International Education, and the School of Continuing Education in the university. There are 2 postdoctoral research stations of basic medicine and clinical medicine, 3 first-level doctoral programs of basic medicine, clinical medicine, information and communication engineering, 22 first-level master degree programs, and 10 professional master degree programs.
Nantong University is open to applications until August 31, 2022.
8. China Medical University (Bachelor + MBBS)
China Medical University (CMU) was authorized as part of the first batch of Chinese medical schools by the Ministry of Education (MOE) to recruit international students and teach medicine in English for international students. CMU began to recruit international students with Chinese government scholarship in 1976 and enrolled international students for the MBBS program in English medium in 2005. BDS program in English was started to enroll in the year of 2018.
Currently, there are more than a thousand international students from more than 70 countries including India, Thailand, the United States of America, Japan, Canada, Australia, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, etc., which also includes government-supported students.
