Ted Ladd
Dean of Research and Professor of Entrepreneurship

Hult International Business School

Ted Ladd is the Dean of Research and Professor of Entrepreneurship at Hult, teaching and researching the ideal methods to design new business models. His most recent startup pioneered wearable technology until it was acquired by Google as the basis for WearOS. He holds degrees from Wharton, Johns Hopkins, Case Wester, and Cornell. He also teaches on platform entrepreneurship at Harvard. He and his wife live in the mountains of Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Professor Viktoria Dalko – Finance

Viktoria Dalko is Professor of Finance and a research fellow at the Hult International Business School. She teaches corporate finance, business analysis and valuation, and mergers and acquisitions. Her research focuses on unfair competition in financial markets, high-frequency trading, information monopoly, market regulation, and life insurance fraud. In addition to serving on the Hult Academic Board, Dalko serves on several private boards and has consulting and entrepreneurial experience in global business and government. She is a frequent conference presenter, publishes in international academic journals, and has been named Professor of the Year and Researcher of the Year at Hult multiple times.

Professor Matt Johnson – Neuroscience

Dr. Matt Johnson is a professor, researcher, and writer specializing in the application of neuroscience and psychology to the business world. A contributor to major news outlets including Forbes, Entrepreneur, Business Insider, and VICE, he regularly provides expert opinion and thought leadership on a range of topics related to the human sides of business. He regularly advises both start-ups and large brands in his native San Francisco, and has worked with Nike as an expert in residence in Portland, Oregon. His book, Blindsight: The (Mostly) Hidden Ways Marketing Reshapes Our Brains (BenBella Press, April 2020), probes the deep interaction between neuroscience and our consumer lives. He is also the founder of the consumer neuroscience blog PopNeuro (PopNeuro.com)

Professor Alessandro Lanteri – Strategy

Alessandro Lanteri is a Full Professor of Entrepreneurship at Hult, London Undergraduate campus. He’s also an advisor to the World Economic Forum, an expert for the World Economic Survey, a TEDx Speaker and a business consultant. He’s based in Abu Dhabi (since 2017) and London.Professor Lanteri also teaches at Ashridge Executive Education, Knowledge Group, Grenoble Graduate School of Business, Abu Dhabi University, and ESCP. Prior to joining Hult as an Associate Professor in 2014 and being promoted to Full Professor in 2016, he worked at Bocconi, American University of Beirut, UPO, Helsinki University and UCLA. He holds a PhD from Erasmus University Rotterdam, a Master from Bocconi and also studied at Stern School of Business at NYU, Said Business School at Oxford University, and Sloan School of Management at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Professor Lee Waller – Leadership

Lee Waller is Leadership faculty at Hult Ashridge Executive Education. She specialises in helping individuals be the best of themselves at work by developing an awareness of their strengths and their individual leadership style, and through teaching a range of leadership skills including influencing, coaching, personal impact and resilience. She equips leaders to develop a climate that will maximise team performance through fostering a culture of learning and psychological safety, supporting the development of a sense of belonging, and developing inclusive leadership behaviours. Lee also facilitates experiential behavioural simulations, and is an accredited feedback giver providing individual, one to one feedback on a range of psychometric instruments.
