Introduction to the Program
Short-term Chinese training programs vary from 2 to 6 weeks, focusing on developing speaking skill, and the college does not stipulate students’ Chinese proficiency level.
About BUU
Beijing Union University, established upon the approval of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China in 1985, is a comprehensive municipal university of Beijing. BUU originated from over 30 branch campuses attached to such universities as Peking University and Tsinghua University. About the Program
The Chinese language classes are taken in the morning on weekdays, for a total of 20 hours per week. In the afternoon lectures are delivered on Chinese culture and society (Chinese Gongfu and Chinese painting etc.) and historical site visits will be arranged on weekends. For groups of 10-15 students, application begins at least 1 month in advance.
Accommodation
Beijing Union University International Student Residence is reserved for long-term and short-term international students studying at College of International Education of BUU.
