Graduation Certificate Verification Service

If you are applying to a Chinese university you will often need to have authenticate your
international degree through this website:  http://zwfwbl.cscse.edu.cn/

Unfortunately, the website and service is all in Chinese and there is no English service available.
They only accept Alipay or Wechat pay. This has caused some challenges for overseas students.

We can assist you to manage it from end to end through this service.

You can complete the form below, and then upload the document you would like us to verify.
We will do it through the official website and share the update with you when it’s completed.

When it has been verified, you will receive an official certificate of verification, it usually takes 2-3
weeks for the process to be completed.

Services

1)  – E-copy in 3-4 weeks – $150 USD

The standard fee is $150 USD, which includes the official fee (350 RMB / $50 USD). We will send the
electronic certificate of verification to you by email within about 3-4 weeks. This is usually sufficient
to apply to Chinese universities.

If the verification process is not successful, you will receive a full refund (excluding any official
fees paid).

Step 3) Upload your Documents and Information

After payment, please make sure to send us the following documents and information to apply@china-admissions.com

• Photo
• Certificate (Graduation Diploma)
• Supporting Materials (e.g. Transcripts, Recommendation Letter, Student card, etc) to verify that you’re studying at your University
• Passport page (including passport used during your studies)
• Copy of visa and all exit-entry pages

and provide us with this information:

• Personal Information (Name, Date of Birth, Passport no)
• School Information and education history from junior high school, secondary high school, and University (consists of your school name, location, country, period of study)
• Student ID at the University
