Extremely efficient and friendly is what comes to my mind when I think about Richard. I have had the pleasure of knowing Richard for almost four years already, during which he never stopped to be one of the most helpful individuals I have met. I was particularly impressed by Richard’s ability to handle my application to come and pursue my Ph.D. studies in China and by all the support, he provided once I arrived. His skill is a precious one that would often take years to master, especially when it comes to providing education admission assistance, in China, to people from multiple cultures and backgrounds.
