The Intensive Chinese Program (Pre HSK) at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE) is a one semester or one year program for international students.

About the Program
The intensive Chinese Program offers two levels A: Preliminary ( for students who have never learned Chinese before) and B: Beginning (for students who have learned Chinese for over 3 months, or 150 class-hours).
Convenient Continuous Study
After one semester, your Chinese proficiency should reach the enrollment requirement of our foundation program or undergraduate program, after this semester you may choose to remain at SUFE to pursue a degree or transferring to another university.

Foreigner; 18 to 60 years old; good physical health
Application Deadline
- January 15th for spring semester
- July 30th for fall semester
Curriculum
A specialized intensive teaching schedule will help you improve your Chinese proficiency and past the HSK test in a short time:Â 28 class-hour/week, 18 weeks in total (1 class-hour = 45 minutes)
Mon. – Fri.: 8:30 – 12:10 in the morning
Mon. – Thur.: 1:30 – 3:10 in the afternoon
Tuition Fees
The tuition fees are RMB 13,000 per semester. The total for the 1 year program is 26,000 RMB.
