The projectification of society has resulted in a current and future demand for project professionals who can efficiently implement large, complex projects and programs, especially inter¬national projects and programs. This program successfully addresses the strategic and holistic demands of modern projects in contemporary organizations by providing students with a systematic understanding of project manage¬ment knowledge, methods and tools as well as international views and thoughts.

With a series of compulsory core courses on project management and elective courses on Chinese culture and international business, students will develop knowledge to critically examine theoretical and practical perspectives, cultivate key employability skills such as teamwork and leadership, while developing competencies to facilitate business transformation, continuous improvement, organizational change, and multi-national cooperation projects.
