About the Program
This program aims to cultivate high-level specialized personnel possessing noble characters and rigorous styles of study; persons demonstrating a well developed moral, intellectual and physical nature. Graduating students are required to have a thorough mastery of the developing trends of agricultural products processing and related disciplines both at home and abroad; to have a solid theoretical foundation, specialized knowledge and proficient practical skills in the field; and, to be innovative and exhibit a healthy teamwork spirit The abilities necessary to undertake scientific research independently solve engineering and technology problems, and make innovative achievements in related fields should also be obvious.

Start Date of the Program
Main Courses: Food Material, Modern Food Nutrition, Food Biology Technology, Modern Food Analysis Technology, Deep- Processing Theory and Technology of Agricultural and Aquatic Products, Professional English of Food Science.
The tuition fees are RMB 34,000 per year. The total for the 3 year program is 102,000 RMB.
SCUT has two campuses: the Wushan campus and the University Town campus.
