About the Program

This program aims to cultivate contemporary high-level specialists possessing integrated skills of a well-developed moral, intellectual and physical nature. Graduates will acknowledge the importance of the discipline and have an in-depth understanding of the developing orientation and frontier research issues contained therein. Mastery of basic theories, regulations, detection technology and management technology, together with the promotion of key subjects in theoretical development and technical progress in the field is essential. Graduates will possess necessary skills to independently undertake innovative basic research and have a proficient command of a foreign language enabling them to competently engage in scientific research, teaching, and job management in scientific research institutes, administrative units and enterprises.

• Master’s degree diploma and transcripts with good record.
• Language requirements for English-Medium Programs (only for non-English speaking countries): TOEFL IBТ 80 or above; IELTS 6.0 or above;

Curriculum

Main Courses:  Food Material, Modern Food Nutrition, Bioactive Substances Engineering, Food Biology Technology, Modern Food Analysis Technology, Deep- Processing Theory and Technology of Agricultural and Aquatic Products, Professional English of Food Science.

Tuition Fees

The tuition fees are RMB 34,000 per year. The total for the 3 year program is 102,000 RMB.
