Seeking full stack web developer to join our team to take our platform to the next level

We are China Admissions, an investor backed online platform for international students to apply to Chinese Universities. We partner with 100+ top Chinese universities, and have over 100,000 registered students.
We are growing fast and looking for a full stack developer to join our team to take our platform through this exciting stage as we reach the next level.
Your Objectives
In the first 6 months you will have the following objectives.
1> Rebuild the application system to make it a world class user experience
We are looking to rebuild the application system, to move to Django 3, and incorporate updated UX journey. We are building a world class, simple, fun to fill out, with a minimum number of steps, and an awesome experience (a target of a 60 net promoter score). Students should find all the information they need on our platform to make a decision, and to apply without the need to contact anyone. We have all the requirements and match students so it is impossible for students to apply on our platform and be rejected by the university. Its all there and it just works!
2> Scale our platform from 60,000 to 120,000 unique visits per month
Review KPI on time to complete application, application success rate, and user experience. Take on feedback from students and staff to continually make improvements throughout the process and to fix any bugs. We need to be there right when students need it.
3> Build the integration with Chinese Universities
We are looking to integrate Chinese Universities with our system, we are looking to build out a first version so that universities can login, update their content and manage their applications directly. This would involve working directly with the universities and integrating the new system.
Working environment
We need someone with a native level of English. international mindset is a must. It is important that you can deeply understand the users, and have solid people skills. Studying abroad, and Chinese language are an advantage but not necessary. We are a startup and looking for a developer who is truly full stack, who can code, hire, recruit, manage, understand UX deeply, with the potential to move into a more senior role as we expand. This enables us to move fast and achieve our ambitious targets. Stack is Django and WordPress, PostgreSQL and MySQL, AWS and shared hosting. Supporting stack involves Ansible, Gitlab CI, Docker.
